Training & Placement Cell


There is special department for placement of college students. Responsibility of this department is to prepare technical/communication and other skills, develop confidence and arrange interviews with top notch national and international (MNCs) organization. Organize personality development programs, inviting industries experts for visiting and imparting latest methodologies and techniques with latest information in the campus. Industrial training with top organizations in India also will get vacation training arranged by college.


The Training and Placement Cell in the college arranges campus selection of students, personality development programmes, training for interviews and competitive examinations, industrial training for students, assistance for higher studies in India and abroad, and other career development schemes.


The principal objective of the Cell is to enhance the professionalism and employability of the students of the college so as to facilitate the achievement of their career goals.

The Training and Placement Cell of the college operates with the active involvement and support of all the staff members and students of the college.

The Cell held periodical meetings to chalk out programmes, guide their implementation and assess their progress and effectiveness.


Lack of soft skills among the job aspirants was pointed out by many, time and again. The Cell, therefore, organized training programmes for developing and improving such skills of the students. Professional training groups active in the country were contracted to carry out these programmes. Lanco Infratech Ltd, Semi conductor Technologies, Lucknow; BSNL; Deptt. Of Road Construction; Deptt. Of Building Construction; Vardhaman Special Steel; NTPC Kahalgaon; Doordarshan Kendra; GKC Project Ltd. Etc.

Looking Ahead

While it has been a year filled with activities and satisfactory results for the Training and Placement Cell, it goes without saying that much more have to be aimed at. Raising the level of information support for the students, wider exposure to the industry, enthusing more students to take the relevant training courses and inculcating the spirit of entrepreneurship in the campus community are the areas needing further intensity.
