HOW TO APPLY

For admission, candidates have to appear in Entrance Test and Admission will be made on the basis of merit list.

Prospectus and Application form for admission test will be available on cash payment of Rs. 500/- from college campus of Azmet College of Engineering & Technology, Kishanganj or by post on payment of Rs. 550/- through duly crossed demand draft in favor of Azmet College of Engineering & Technology payable at Kishanganj.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM

Eligible candidates are required to submit filled up application form for appearing in the examination along with required fees and supporting documents. The application Forms should reach on or before the last date at the following address:-

The candidates who have downloaded the application form from website they must submit application form duly filled in with the requisite information along with DD of Rs. 500/- in favor of Azmet College of Engineering & Technology, payable at Kishanganj.

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

Applicants applying for Diploma Engineering Ist Year/2nd Year (Lateral Entry) Course must attach all the following supporting documents with their completed application forms and send them to Admission Department of Azmet College of Engineering & Technology, Kishanganj.

• Self attested photocopy of Educational Certificate, Mark Sheet
• Pass certificate of the qualifying examination.
• College/ School leaving certificate [CLC/SLC] & Caste/Category Certificate
• Self attested photocopy of date of birth certificate.
• Photocopy of Character Certificate from the head of the School/College last attended.
• Two self addressed duly stamped (worth Rs. 50/- each) envelopes of size 30cm x 25cm.
• Migration certificate (if applicable)

ENTRANCE COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION

The duration of entrance test shall of two hours comprise of the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

Students will get admission on the basis of their performance in written entrance test. After written examination, selected candidate will be called for general counseling according to merit. Students should bring all the original documents for verification along with them at the time of counseling.

CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION FOR ADMISSION

• Candidate will have to produce all original Marks-Sheets, Certificate and testimonials at the time of counseling for admission.
• Admission of any candidate is provisional and may be cancelled if any discrepancy is detected or the candidate fail to comply with the rules & regulations and other conditions as lay down by the College.
• In case a candidate fails to report on the due date with the required documents and fee for admission, he/she will forfeit his/her claim for admission and the seat so render vacant will be allotted to other candidate.
• Rule of eligibility are followed strictly. The College reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate without assigning any reason.

MODE OF PAYMENT

Annual Tuition Fees Rs 45,000/- (Forty Five Thousand Only). Payment should be made in D.D. in favour of Azmet College of Engineering & Technology, payable at Kishanganj.
